Sync Asset Between RAMS + RedRabbit

How To Sync RAMS Asset to RedRabbit

If an asset you are look for does not appear in RedRabbit, but the asset exists in RAMS, troubleshoot as per below:

Navigate to your RAMS Account and login.

Click on Portfolio > Assets

Click in the Search function and type the asset name > click on View

Navigate to the top righthand corner and click on Options > Sync to RedRabbit

Allow 5 to 10 minutes of the asset to appear in RedRabbit.
