FAQ - How do I create / delete an Inspection on the Device

If you are using an ANDROID device, follow the steps below

To create an Inspection:
  1. Login to you mobile app and navigate to the list of SCHEDULED inspections
  2. Click on the + Inspection icon bottom right to open the New Inspection form
  3. Click on the blue SELECT PROPERTY button
  4. Start typing the Property Name to initiate a search to select the Property from the drop down list. Select the Property. Note that if the property was not created previously on the system, it will not be available for selection in off-line mode.
  5. Select the Inspection Type, Date and Time
  6. Capture the Tenant details
  7. Click CREATE
To delete an Inspection: (It has to be Uploaded first, thus under the Completed tab)
  1. Long Tap on the Inspection in question
  2. Select Delete Inspection from the options list displayed
  3. On the confirmation pop-up, click on YES, DELETE THE INSPECTION.

If you are using an IOS device, follow the steps below

To create an Inspection:
  1. Login to you mobile app and navigate to the list of SCHEDULED inspections
  2. Click on the + Inspection icon bottom right to open the New Inspection form
  3. Click on the blue SELECT PROPERTY button
  4. Start typing the Property Name to initiate a search to select the Property from the drop down list. Select the Property. Note that if the property was not created previously on the system, it will not be available for selection in off-line mode.
  5. Select the Inspection TypeDate and Time
  6. Capture the Tenant details
  7. Click CREATE
To delete an Inspection: (It has to be Uploaded first, thus under the Completed tab)
  1. Long Tap on the Inspection in question
  2. Select Delete Inspection from the options list displayed
  3. On the confirmation pop-up, click on YES, DELETE THE INSPECTION.
