Is this Users profile active for that company and did click on the email link after migrating
Migrated user did update the app after migrating and did log out and back in using new details
User has permission to view / use inspections and assets (properties)
User has access to the portfolio for the property the inspection is for
User is the inspector on the inspection
User is connected to the internet and did sync again - swipe down on IOS or press sync icon button on android.
Terminate app: ios - https://support.apple.com/en-za/HT201330 android: Show recent apps by clicking on the square button at the bottom of the screen and tap on the x to close the app or click clear all.
Turn wifi on / off and try syncing again
Restarting the device won't change anything unless the user couldn't terminate the app using the instructions above
Inspections Not Uploading
User is active for company
User has permission to view / use inspections and assets
User has access to the portfolio for the property the inspection is for
User is the inspector on the inspection
User is connected to the internet and have good stable connection
Turn wifi on / off
Retry upload / Long tap or swipe left and select upload inspection again
Close and reopen app.
If retry option on inspection isn't available (Swipe left on ios or long tap on android) and select upload again.
Only create a data backup if the above didn't resolve the issue.
Inspections Not Showing on Desktop
User has access to the portfolio for the property the inspection is for
User has permission to view / use inspections and assets
Inspection created on app and not uploaded yet
Property not showing on Desktop
User has access to the portfolio for the property the inspection is for
User has permission to view assets
