FAQ: I cannot log in - PLEASE HELP

In order to use RedRabbit, you need to log in to the system on your desktop and your mobile app (android or ios). The login detail (user name and password) is the same for the desktop and the mobile app.

Normally your user name will be your email address. This is unique and you will not be allowed to choose a user name that has already been chosen by someone else.

If you cannot log in, you can do the following checks:

  1. User Names and Passwords in RedRabbit are case-sensitive. Check that you have typed both the User Name and Password correctly and that you have used the correct case.
  2. Check that you have an internet connection.
  3. If you still cannot log in, you can request a password reset link by clicking on forgot your password as shown below. A link will be emailed to your email address. When you receive the email, you can click the link and reset your password.

Click on the Forgot Your Password? option underneath the Log In button.

Type in your email address (username)

Click on the Reset Password button and choose a new password. You will be required to type it twice.
