FAQ: I cannot log in - PLEASE HELP

In order to use RedRabbit, you need to login to the system if you are working on your desktop. If you are working on your mobile app (android or ios), you will also be required to log in. The login detail (user name and password) is the same for the desktop and the mobile app.

Normally your user name will be your email address. This is unique and you will not be allowed to choose a user name which has already been chosen by someone else, hence the practice to use your email address.

If you cannot log in, you can do the following checks:

  1. User Names and Password in RedRabbit are case sensitive. Check that you have typed both the User Name and Password correctly and that you have used the correct case.
  2. Check that you have an internet connection. If not, you will not be able to login to the RedRabbit desktop.
  3. If you still cannot log in and you have an internet connection, you can request a password reset link by clicking on Forgot your Password? as shown below. A link will be emailed to your email address. When you receive the email, you can click the link and reset your password.
