FAQ: Ticket reminders - where do I set the default number of days
Steps to set the default number of days that will be added to the current date to create a reminder date for a ticket based on the priority of the ticket:
- Select Tickets from the Main menu to display the Ticket list.
- From the Options drop down menu, select Settings. The Ticket Settings page will be displayed as shown below.
- Under the Default number of days for reminders, set the number of days you prefer to be reminded on for each priority option (see example below).
