FAQ: Ticket reminders - where do I set the default number of days

Steps to set the default number of days that will be added to the current date to create a reminder date for a ticket based on the priority of the ticket:

  1. Select Tickets from the Main menu to display the Ticket list.
  2. From the Options drop-down menu, select Settings. The Ticket Settings page will be displayed as shown below.
  3. Under the Default number of days for reminders, set the number of days you prefer to be reminded on for each priority option (see example below).
