Closing a ticket is easier than ever - and you can customize your communication to your stakeholders.


To close a ticket, you will need to ensure that all the final updates have been made, then close your ticket. 

Step 1:

Make all the necessary updates.

Ensure that your issue is marked as "completed"

Ensure that your ticket phase is updated, and ticket is resolved

Step 2:

Close your ticket

Select your communication scenario, so that your saved replies are populated automatically, then click on "close ticket"


After closing the ticket, you are able to reopen this ticket again, if need be
