Tip - Clean up Maintenance

Tip: When you open a Maintenance Ticket, let your Landlord and Tenant know that you have opened a ticket.

Problem: You receive calls and emails about: “Have you received our request?” OR “What are you doing about this issue?”

Automate this process by going to “Maintenance”, “Options”, “Settings”, “Ticket Settings” and tick the boxes next to Ticket Opened Notifications (Landlord Email and Tenant Email).
