Save Documents on RedRabbit
The Documents Tab is where you can save all documents in one place in Inspections, Maintenance and Asset Groups.
Here, you can upload the documents and/or images that you need for the specific asset, all in one place.
The benefit of this will be that anyone who has access to the asset's portfolio can at any point access these documents and ultimately save time.
Inspections:
This also allows you to drag one or more image from your file explorer onto the Documents Tab.
Below, indicates where on the Inspection Dashboard you can drag and drop the photos or documents into.
You are also able to click and upload a document to save in the Documents Folder relating to Inspections.
Maintenance:
Here, you are able to click and upload a document to save in the Documents Folder relating to Maintenance.
Asset Groups:
Here, you can upload the documentation that you need for the specific Asset Group all in one place.
