Tip - Mailboxes

Managing TWO mailboxes? No, no need to – by switching on the "watch" function, you can manage both mailboxes out of one inbox. By using this function, you will receive a notification in your outlook / gmail. You can also reply straight from your outlook/ gmail.

Centralized mailboxes, or per user?

The benefit of setting each user up with their own mailbox within Redrabbit is to ensure accountability.

Centralize – grant each user permission to access that mailbox applicable to them e.g. Inspections / Maintenance department.

Choose which mailbox to send an email from, when you don't want to send from your "default" mailbox.
