Tip - Maintenance Request Settings

Make sure that your Request settings are relevant to your tenants and provide the information that your agency would like to share with them. 

You can add detailed instructions for tenants, like sending photos with the issue/s they are reporting, or a number that they can call during an emergency. The details that you insert here will display on the request’s portal.
