Tip - Ticket Reminders 2022

The reminders set on the tickets are linked to the Follow ups due on your dashboard. These reminders are also sent to you via email notifications every morning. This enables the system to work for you, so you do not have to. Update those ticket reminders every time you work on a ticket.
