FAQ - How to use the Knowledgebase

She is available 24/7 and holds an incredible amount of knowledge on each topic and feature in the system by means of articles and videos. She is eager to share it all with you. 

Option 1: 

• Select your User Icon in the top right corner (your initials). 
• Select Support
• This will take you to the website. Here you can choose a specific category to browse through or use the Search functionality to look up something specific. 

Option 2:

• Select the Chatbot functionality. 
• Select Answer. Here you can Search Articles in the quick view window. 
• Select Ask. Here you can send us a message or chat with us, and we will get back to you with an answer.
