FAQ - How to create an inspection template

On RedRabbit you have the ability to create a Template for your inspections that can be used as a starting point when creating an inspection. This could be compared to the paper and clipboard method, only now it is digital, much easier, and more convenient to use. 

The Templates exists out of an accumulation of Checklist. The checklist is a list of checks per room or area of a house. Once you set up your required Checklists and Templates you will be able to reuse them for all inspections going forward. 

Navigate to the Inspections Dashboard > select Options > then Settings. 

The first step is to create the required Checklists. 

The second step is to create the Templates. 

The third step is to create the Inspection using the Template.
