Asset Notes - visible on ticket or inspection
The Notes section on the Assets dashboard holds special features. When you add any important details in that Notes section and Save it, those notes will pull through to the ticket or inspection every time a new one has been created to remind you of this particular thing. See example.
- Go to Portfolio from the main menu then Assets
- Search for the Asset where you want to make a note
- Click view to open the dashboard
- In the Notes text box, type your note and hit Save
