FAQ - How to send a confirmation email of a scheduled inspection to tenant

Once you have made an appointment with your tenant and scheduled an inspection. 

The best practice will be to send a confirmation email to the tenant. It is very quick and easy, follow the below two steps.

Navigate to the Contacts tab within the inspection you have just scheduled.

  • Select the three dots 
  • Select Send Email

  • Select Saved Reply drop-down list
  • Select Inspection Scheduled option
