FAQ - How to link an Email to a Ticket or Inspection

Any email under the Inbox of the RedRabbit Mailbox can easily be linked to an Inspection or to a Ticket

  • Inbox > View > Tools 
  • Link to Ticket
  • Link to Inspection
  • Unlink
