FAQ - How to forward one email from a specific email thread
Forward email feature
You can now forward only one single email within an email thread, instead of the normal forward feature where the entire email thread is sent. To forward the entire email thread click on Tools then Forward.
Next to each email header in the email thread, you will see an icon with three dots, click there to forward only that particular email you selected.
- To forward only one selected email directly from the Inbox;
- To forward only one selected email directly from your ticket story;
