FAQ - How to forward one email from a specific email thread
Forward email feature
You can now set the required action on issues as a bulk update. Basically, a small menu icon has been added next to the 'add issue' button. Now choose the bulk update option, the checkboxes will appear, then choose to 'select all' to action it in bulk, or select the issues one by one and click 'update selected items'. This enables you to action the issues a few at a time.
You can now forward only one single email within an email thread, instead of the normal forward feature where the entire email thread is sent. To forward the entire email thread clcik on Tools then Forward.
- To forward only one selected email directly from the Inbox;
- To forward only one selected email directly from your ticket story;
