FAQ – How to do a bulk update when setting the action on a ticket

Bulk update on Issues

The issues loaded on the ticket has to be actioned for it to pull through to the job card that will then be sent to the assigned service provider. These actions will then indicate exactly what the job is that needs to be done on a specific property and what is required to be fixed.

To do a Quote Request the Action has to be set on Quote. 

You can action the issue one at a time, as per usual or you can now do it in Bulk
