Auto-Responders

You can set up an auto-responder for any mailbox in RedRabbit by simply navigating to your company settings and going to the mailboxes tab.

Edit the mailbox you would like to set up the auto-responder for.

Simply switch on the auto-responder and type the content you want in the email. You can also set the date on which you want the auto-responder to automatically be disabled. This will prevent accidentally leaving your holiday auto-responders on for 2 or 3 months.
