My Notification Settings

Notification Settings gives you control over when Email and SMS Messages should be sent by default. You can view and change the Notification Settings from the Notifications panel on the User Profile Dashboard. Every user can manage their own Notification settings.

  1. Click the User Profile icon on the main menu bar
  2. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu
  3. Select the Notifications Panel on the left to display the Notifications Panel.

Emails from us

Use the tick boxes to enable/disable any of the correspondence from RedRabbit as shown above.

Dashboard Settings

Tick the tick box to enable/disable the tips panel on the main dashboard.

Inspections and Tickets

Use the tick boxes to enable/disable notifications via Email and / or SMS when Inspections are allocated to you or when a Maintenance Ticket is assigned to you by another user.

Mailboxes

Use the tick boxes to enable/disable the watch flags on mailboxes. When enabled, you will receive a notification via Email when a new email or reply is sent to a mailbox. These notifications will go to your personal Email address that has been setup on your user profile.

Ps. Remember to Save after you have made changes.
