FAQ - How do I Create a Back-up
In a case where something happens to your Smart Phone or Tablet, you want to make sure that your inspection data is safely stored on the App. When it becomes necessary the support team can use this backup copy to assist you.
This article will explain how to create a data backup. This option will come in handy when you have completed a scheduled inspection but have not uploaded it yet so this way you can keep that data safe.
Create Data Backup
Step 1 - Click on the 3 dots
Step 2 - Select Settings on the drop-down list
Step 3 - Click on the Create data backup option
Step 4 - Screen will come up indicating that the App is busy Creating a backup. Don't close the screen
Now, it is crucial that you wait for it to finish. Once it is complete there will be a pop-up saying Backup Created successfully.
