FAQ: How to reset my password

If you have forgotten or lost your password and is unable to log in to the system, you can follow the steps below to reset your password.

Note - passwords are case sensitive, so you need to make sure that you type them correctly to avoid problems.

Reset password from the Login page

Step 1 - On the Login In page, click the Forget Your Password? link shown at the bottom in blue

Step 2 - A Reset Password popup box will be displayed. Type your personal or work E-mail address into the text box and click on the Send Password Reset Link button. The system will send an email to the designated email address. Once the email has been received, open it and click on the reset link provided.

Step 3 - A Change Password popup will be displayed. You can now choose a New Password and confirm the same password again. Then Click Change Password.

Reset password from within the System 

If you are unable to log in, a team member with company settings access can go to your user profile and change the password for you as shown below:

Step 1 - Click on the User Profile Icon then select Company Settings from the drop down menu

Step 2 - Select Users on the settings dashboard. Locate the user and click View to display the User Profile as shown below.

Step 3 - Click Change password. A Change Password pop-up will be displayed on which you can now choose a new password and confirm that password. Click Change Password. You can then log in using the new password.
