FAQ: How do I change the tenant on a ticket

Steps to change the tenant record on a ticket:

  1. Select Tickets from the Main menu to display the list of tickets.
  2. Use the filter and search fields to find the ticket in question. Then click View to open the ticket dashboard.
  3. Select the Contacts panel as shown below. 

4. Click on the drop-down menu icon as shown below and select Remove Contact from the drop-down menu.

5. Click on the Select Tenant icon as shown below and select the correct Tenant to link to the Ticket. Note - only Tenants linked to the Asset as a contact will be displayed in the drop-down list. If the Tenant that you want to link is not on the list, you will have to first create that Tenant as a contact on the Asset.
