FAQ: How do I change the tenant on a ticket
Steps to change the tenant record on a ticket:
- Select Tickets from the Main menu to display the list of tickets.
- Use the filter and search fields to find the ticket in question. Then click View to open the ticket dashboard.
- Select the Contacts panel as shown below.
4. Click on the drop-down menu icon as shown below and select Remove Contact from the drop-down menu.
5. Click on the Select Tenant icon as shown below and select the correct Tenant to link to the Ticket. Note - only Tenants linked to the Asset as a contact will be displayed in the drop-down list. If the Tenant that you want to link is not on the list, you will have to first create that Tenant as a contact on the Asset.
