FAQ: How do I Archive / Restore / Delete a Ticket

To archive, a ticket is basically like a soft delete. Archived tickets can be viewed and also restored. Deleted tickets are deleted permanently and cannot be restored.

Steps to Archive or Delete a Ticket

  1. On the main menu select Tickets to open the list of Tickets
  2. Use the search field to search for the Ticket in question. Click View to open the Ticket dashboard.
  3. From the Options  drop down  menu select Archive or Delete.
  4. Follow the prompts to archive or delete the ticket.

Steps to Restore a Ticket

  1. On the main menu select Tickets to open the list of Tickets
  2. From the Options drop-down menu select View Archived
  3. Use the search field to search for the Ticket in question. Click View to open the Ticket dashboard.
  4. From the Options  drop down menu select Restore (see example below) to restore the Ticket
