FAQ - How do I Unarchive a Service Provider

To unarchive a service provider, follow the steps below:

1. Select Portfolio Data from the Main menu
2. Then Service Providers from the sub-menu drop down to display the list of Service Providers
3. Select View Archived from the Options drop down.
4. Search for the Service Provider that you want to unarchive
5. Click View to open the Service Provider dashboard
6. From the Options drop down select Restore as shown below.
