The Inspections List

The inspection list displays a list view of all inspection created on the system. Select Inspection from the main menu to open the list of Inspections as shown below:

From the inspection list above you can:

• Scheduled / Uploaded / Completed - use these filter buttons to select between scheduled, uploaded or completed inspection or select all the buttons to view all Inspections
• All inspectors - use this drop-down list to view Inspections allocated to a specific Inspector or select All Inspectors to view all Inspections 
• Search Inspection - use the search field to enter any portion of the Property Name to find inspections related to the Property.
• Inspections Due - use this button to view a list of Inspection Reminders
• New Inspection - use this button to schedule a new inspection
• Options - use this drop down list to access some advanced features:
  • View Archived - display a list of archived inspections
  • Export - export the inspections to a CSV file
  • Settings - customize inspection settings (checklists and templates,  report branding, Terms and Conditions,  Inspection types)
• View - click on this button to navigate to the Inspections Dashboard for the Inspection
